Grief therapy for the parts of loss that don’t settle on their own.
Support for grief that feels overwhelming, confusing, or difficult to make sense of—especially after sudden or traumatic loss.
Grief doesn’t always look the way people expect it to.
You might feel:
stuck in a specific moment or memory
like part of you understands what happened, and another part doesn’t
overwhelmed by how intense it still feels—or confused by the numbness
exhausted by how much this is still impacting you
This is not a failure to cope.
This is what happens when something hasn’t fully processed yet.
You don’t need to force yourself through it.
You need the space to begin to understand it.
Hello, I’m Jessica.
I specialize in working with individuals navigating grief, loss, and life transitions—especially when the experience feels sudden, traumatic, or difficult to make sense of.
This work is both professional and personal for me.
My role is not to push you forward or “fix” your grief.
It is to help you make sense of what feels overwhelming, understand what your mind and body are holding onto, and move through it at a pace that feels manageable.
