Session fees
Initial session: $185
Ongoing sessions: $150
Sessions are 55 minutes in length and are available in-person in Barrington, IL, or via secure video appointment.
Insurance — in-network
I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) PPO plans.
A note on BCBS plans: BCBS offers several different plan types, and coverage varies between them. I accept BCBS PPO — but I am not in-network with Blue Choice PPO. If you're unsure which plan you have, the easiest way to check is to look at your insurance card or contact BCBS directly before your first appointment.
Out-of-network & superbills
If you have insurance coverage I'm not in-network with, you may still be able to receive partial reimbursement through your plan's out-of-network benefits.
I can provide a superbill — a detailed receipt that includes the diagnosis and procedure codes your insurance company needs — which you can submit directly to your insurer for reimbursement. Reimbursement rates vary by plan, so I'd recommend contacting your insurance provider to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits before we begin.
